Delivery & Returns

 

At Olivier's Boutique we strive to give you the best service possible. This means that we will endeavour to get your order processed as sent out as quickly as possible.

 

For our Boutique clothing and accessories (excluding exclusive at Olivier Range) :

We target to get orders posted within 2-5 working days. Occasionally, it may take us longer (i.e. sickness or bad weather) but if this happens we will keep you informed.

If you have also ordered from our exclusive to Olivier range as well, due to these items being made to order the shipping times of you order will be longer please see below for our exclusive to Olivier making times.

We will ship as one parcel when the whole order is complete. If you require separate parcels please notify us and additional postage costs may apply.

We like to support Royal Mail where possible, their estimated delivery times are 2-5 working days. For more information please see www.royalmail.com

Our UK postage starts at: £2.90

Orders over £60 = FREE

If you require next day delivery, please contact me, as i will try and accommodate where possible, additional charges will apply.

 

Exclusive To Olivier Range:

All of our exclusive to Olivier range is lovingly handmade to order. Due to this we ask 1-2 weeks to make and then post. Via Royal Mail and prices and times are as stated above. Occasional it may take longer especially in peak times, but we will notify you. Sometimes it will also be quicker so we will post as soon as it has been made. You will receive email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

 

For Our Personalised Gifts and Pre-Orders:

All our personalised gifts and Pre-Orders, are handmade and personalised to your individual requirements, due to this we ask 2-6 weeks for delivery.

Please note; If you are ordering a personalised gift and clothing from our Boutique, you will receive two parcels as our boutique clothing and accessories will be shipped separately. If you are not in a hurry and would like all items to be sent together, please just message me or leave a note in checkout and will arrange this for you. 

International Shipping:

We offer free international shipping on orders over £150. Any orders under £150 you will be charged for shipping, our prices and times will depend on each country, all international shipping costs will be displayed upon checkout for your choice.

Ordering as a Gift?

All of our clothing is sent out to you lovingly wrapped in tissue paper with our beautiful bespoke design. This is all free of charge.

If you require another form of gift wrap, such as birthday or Christmas paper please let us know, we are happy to try and accommodate. This service will be at an additional cost.

Returns and Exchange Policies:

For Our Boutique Clothing and Accessories:

We know that choosing clothes for babies and children can be tricky, which is why we offer a 14 day no fuss returns policy.

We recommend before ordering to check our size guide and measuring your little one to ensure a perfect fit. However, If the item isn’t quite what you were wanting then simply wrap it back up in the packaging it came in, with all labels and tags attached, and we can arrange an exchange or refund, all refunds exclude shipping charge. If you could also include your order number it would help expedite the process. Prior to returning please contact us at: email@oliviersboutique.com or via our messenger so we can advise you on how to return.

We cannot accept any returns or exchanges if the item is not in its original condition, if the item has been worn, washed or ironed we cannot accept a return or carry out a refund.

When returning your item we suggest sending by recorded delivery as we hold no responsibility for any item lost in transit, please note, return postage is not refundable.

 

For Our Personalised Gifts or Hampers:

Unfortunately, we cannot returns on custom made orders, such as hampers or our personalised gifts.

For our personalised gifts, as we offer the option of approving your personalised design once this has been approved we cannot accept refunds and (or) returns once it has been approved and printed. If you have any problems or questions in regards to your item(s) ordered please contact us on info@dolliegraphics.co.uk

Approval of your personalised design:

We aim to ensure you are happy with your artwork so we will send you a proof of your artwork (within 2 days) before it is sent to print. Delay in approving your artwork will delay the process. If your print is urgent please let us know when ordering or contact us on info@dolliegraphics.co.uk

 

Product Care

All of our products and made to the highest standards and been made for their intended use. We recommend you follow the care instructions listed specifically for that product or the care instructions which make be found in or on the product received.

We can not be held responsible or liable for any product which the recipient has not followed the care recommendations.  

 

Product Images

Please be advised that printing and fabrics colours may vary slightly from the images shown. This is due to photography lighting and filters. Whilst we always try to give a natural and accurate product image, sometimes colours can be enhanced or lightened slightly due to our photography lighting.
